All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling ( £) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). Whilst we try to ensure the prices are accurate, changes beyond our control do occasionally occur. If this happens we will contact you before shipping your order to gain your agreement to the revised price or to amend or cancel the order. Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of Everyday Solutions Ltd and are subject to your credit or account card being authorised for the transaction. We accept Visa, Delta, Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and Switch. We use Sage Pay to collect / process transaction information. Please refer to their security policy for more information: You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (unless the order received over the weekend where it may take up to 72 hours) of your order being placed. This will include your order number, our contact details, a full list of the products you have ordered and all costs. If you wish to pay by cheque please call us to place your order. Cheques should be made payable to “EVERYDAY SOLUTIONS LTD”. Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. Online colour representation is given for guidance only, and cannot be relied on due to the inherent variations in monitors. The colour of paints supplied may not precisely match previously supplied samples or orders. Some unavoidable variations in colour can result from batch production, the inherent variation in mineral pigments and the variability of natural finishes. Everyday Solutions disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Everyday Solutions cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

The Contract

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods and services sold by Everyday Solutions Ltd, UK registered company No. 8337047 (referred to in these terms as “we” and “us”) to the customer (referred to as “you”). These terms constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto.

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us, by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.


Shipping costs on the website relate only to delivery within the UK mainland. International deliveries, as well as deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, N. Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Eire incur higher carriage charges and are individually quoted. Please call for a quote and order by phone if you live in these areas. We apologise for the inconvenience. We use courier services, selected to give you the cheapest delivery option.


Where they are in stock, we will endeavour to despatch goods within 5 working days of receipt of order / payment. If this is not possible we will contact you. If our products are not in stock please allow 21 days lead time for arrival. If for any reason the goods ordered are not in stock, we will contact you to let you know what delay you might experience. If this delay is unacceptable then we will offer a full refund. We will endeavour to meet any date stated for delivery. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by you or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

If any goods arrive damaged, or are faulty or not as ordered then please inform us by telephone or email as soon as possible. This must be no later than 3 days from receipt of goods. We will then contact you to make arrangements for the goods to be returned and replaced. We would advise you to obtain a certificate of posting for goods which are returned to us. The faulty goods will be collected within 14 days of the day after receipt. The goods will be replaced or the cost of goods and carriage will be refunded at our discretion. Any refund will be paid within 30 days of agreeing to do so. Goods must be returned in good, saleable condition. The Seller’s sole liability for defective or damaged Goods shall be to repair or replace at its option the Goods or relevant part. Except for death or personal injury caused by the Seller, the Seller shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage, costs or expenses of whatever nature which arise from the supply of Goods or their use or resale unless expressly provided in these Conditions.

Cancellation & returns

At any time prior to the goods being dispatched, you may cancel your order by phone, mail, fax or email. Please note that, if cancellation occurs after the goods have been dispatched and we are unable to recall the delivery, it may be necessary for you to return the goods to us at your own cost. You will also be liable for the initial delivery cost from us to you.

In the event that you wish to return the goods you have purchased, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless we agree that you may dispose of them in an appropriate manner. We recommend using a signed-for service. Where the goods are returned to us within 28 days of the original date of purchase, because they are found to be genuinely faulty under warranty, or because the incorrect goods have been sent by us, we will subsequently refund the cost of return carriage.

Complaints Procedure

We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days. Please email [email protected] or call us on 02380 663210. If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
